Courtney Drew has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources in the Ontario Public Service, holding the position of Vice President, Human Resources at the Ontario Clean Water Agency over the last number of years.  Courtney and her team play an active role in the establishment and execution of overall strategy such as attraction, retention and growth, enhancing a proactive health, safety and wellness culture and demonstrating Equity, Diversity and Inclusion commitment and accountability.  Courtney holds an Honours Bachelors of Arts Degree from Queen’s University and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources from Humber College.
