Wilhelm Rinas has worked for the Ontario Clean Water Agency for over 20 years as legal counsel and prior to that time he worked for the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks and in the private sector. He has a background in public administration and worked in international marketing before he began his legal career.
