For Earth Day on April 22, 2024, OCWA staff in Waterloo and Thessalon celebrated the day in their communities.

The Town of Thessalon held an Earth Day event to mark the opening of their EV charging station at the only marina between Blind River and Sault Ste. Marie. OCWA employees were at the OCWA booth to talk about water and wastewater.

On April 19, OCWA staff from the Waterloo Wastewater Treatment Plant participated in a riverside cleanup.
