Each year, International Women’s Day serves as a powerful reminder of the progress made towards gender equality and highlights the work that still needs to be done. 

The 2024 theme is Inspire Inclusion, emphasizing the importance of inclusion in achieving gender equality, breaking down barriers, challenging stereotypes and creating environments where all women are valued and respected. 

To celebrate the day, OCWA staff members across the province did the Inspire Inclusion pose.
