In 2005/2006 the Province introduced two mandatory Ministry developed courses, Entry-Level Drinking Water Operator Course and the Mandatory Certificate Renewal Course for all Operators in Ontario. OCWA was the exclusive Trainer (under contract with the Walkerton Clean Water Centre) for the Province’s mandatory training courses, also supporting the development of improvements to the curriculum. OCWA continues to be one of the Trainers for these mandatory courses. For more information on the above listed courses, please visit the Walkerton Clean Water Centre (WCWC) at www.wcwc.ca/en.
